Hello, my name is Gina. As a mother of two in her mid-forties, I can vouch personally for the boost in self-belief that following a great strength training programme can give you. It will not only mould and improve your body shape and posture, but also help you feel stronger and empowered in everyday life, both mentally and physically.
Having worked as an education professional for two decades, I fully appreciate there is no one-size-fits-all when it comes to learning new skills and improving existing ones. Whether you are new to the gym or an experienced lifter, a suitable training program that is carefully designed, monitored, tracked and adapted, is essential for making meaningful progress.
