My passion for fitness stems from rehabilitating from an ACL injury sustained in football six years ago, after seeing my weight climb to 97KG post surgery, I decided to do something about it. Through training, meal planning and commitment I managed to drop down to 78KG. And I want to be able to help you do the same, whatever your goal is together we can and will make it happen!
