Hi, I'm George

I've been involved with sport from a young age, playing football and tennis and competing in international tournaments.

As someone who was shy, (very) skinny and self conscious of what people might think of me, I know just how daunting it can be to take those first steps in the gym, know that I am here to help at whatever pace suits you.

It wasn't until my late teens that I developed my passion for working out, realising that I needed to get stronger for both of these sports. After joining a local gym I soon fell in love with weightlifting and the positive feeling of improving my physical and mental wellbeing.

All these years later I am still an active tennis player, love weight training and enjoy competing in 10k runs. Outside of fitness I have a passion for food, socialising and holidays and so I understand a balanced lifestyle is very important to incorporate into all training plans.

All plans are completely tailored to the individual, and my training and experience in a wide variety of training types means that I can help you to reach your fitness goals and become the best version of you, what ever those goals may be.
