I'm a level 3 Personal Trainer who has also studied Sports and Exercise Science, as well as Strength and Conditioning at a Bsc and Msc level.
My introduction into sport and physical activity was from a young age, where I was competing in rugby and basketball. Once I decided to take basketball further, I enrolled into a basketball academy where my love for conditioning my body grew.
This led to researching and growing my knowledge in the field, pushing me to go to university and study Sport and Exercise and Strength and Conditioning. Additionally guiding me to get my Personal Training certification.
This is where I am now, using my knowledge and skill to allow me to not just improve myself but others around me. I introduce my academic literature and put it into practice while being able to accommodate to anybody's needs. No matter the goal, there is always a way to achieve it.
