Hi, I'm Freddie,
I started training in the gym consistently around 3 years ago. After I saw the massive benefits exercise gave me both physically and mentally, it quickly became my passion and desire to make fitness my career with the aim of helping as many people as possible take control of their fitness and health.
I saw the biggest changes when I started to incorporate strength training. I saw changes to my body composition and strength but saw the greatest improvement in my self-confidence.
I want to provide education around exercise, lifestyle and nutrition to empower individuals and give them the tools they need to make positive changes in their life. I believe that small wins, building momentum and creating changes that are realistic, enjoyable and sustainable will in turn become habits that can lead to achieving big goals.
I have learnt how to structure well-balanced, progressive programmes tailored to individuals based on their specific goals. As a busy mum of two, I have experience in making an exercise plan fit around other commitments. I will support and guide you every step of the way.
