This was me. I would often work long hours and then play rugby on the weekends, this meant the time I spent in the gym was often not as long as I would have liked.
I took the course to become a Personal Trainer as I want to help people overcome similar barriers that I have had to.
I now work (not exclusively) with people that are new to the gym environment and people looking to better themselves in a sporting environment.
