Fraser Jamieson
Thanks for checking out my profile. I am an experienced endurance athlete with a Sports degree in Exercise Psychology and have been involved in the sport and exercise community for over 30 years.
I have competed in numerous running and cycling endurance challenges. A two-year cycle adventure around the world, many city marathons including London and New York and three-day multi-sport adventure racing. Recently cycled 270 miles in 26 hours through rugged Dartmoor and the West Country and competed in the Tour de France for amateurs. However, the greatest challenges have been the 100+ mile ultramarathons such as the 120 mile Devon Coast to Coast and the world’s toughest endurance race, the Mont Blanc 100 mile Trail run in France. With a 9600m elevation gain it took just over 40 hours to complete with no sleep and little food in 35 degrees heat. I truly discovered the “pleasure” of exhaustion. As you can see I love to challenge my mind and body with a long distance adventure.
And now I am here to challenge you, motivate you and see you get the change you want. Whether your goal is to burn body fat, build muscle or compete in an event, I promise to make it fun, rewarding and achievable. If you are prepared to work hard for it I will give you my full professional support to achieve your goals.
