Hi, I’m Faiz, A.K.A Faz Fitness and I am a personal trainer here at PureGym Beaufort Park,
I am a strong advocate of planning, as I believe this is the most important aspect when starting your fitness journey. “Failing to plan means planning to fail”, and that is why with all my services, I aim to offer bespoke planning, with all aspects taken into account including goals, exercise preferences and daily schedules.
I have spent 5 years in the fitness industry, therefore I understand how tough it can be to reach goals, especially without an effective plan of action in place, which is why I ensure that when training, both by myself and with my clients, that everything is planned right down to a pinpoint. Leaving no space for flaws and maximising progress.
