I have always been a highly active person and was part of the dance industry for 16 years from an early age. This required me to understand the importance of looking after myself physically and staying fit and healthy.
A career changing injury led to a change in direction for me, over the last three years I have undergone several operations on both my knees. This required me to prepare myself for the challenges ahead. both physically and mentally.
I can say this has given me plenty of experience and understanding of having to start from scratch to reach your goals. This for me is still a work in progress.
