Ernest Leigh
I got into fitness from the age of 15 being an overweight kid who loved food and avoided exercise to a person who is now passionate about fitness and my job as a Personal Trainer while still enjoying food. To me it is important to make sure all my clients set more than just a Goals they think they can achieve but more importantly set a Goal they truly desire not letting the fear of failure limit them. This means I make sure my clients are always being pushed, improving on a weekly basis, every session working harder.
