Hey! My name is Ermina and I am a fully qualified gym instructor/ personal trainer. My journey in sports started from my childhood, I have since participated in many different sports such as dancing, running, basketball, kickboxing, and training in the gym. Throughout the years I have gathered a lot of experience by working with different personal trainers, also tried and tested many nutritional programs and have filtered out what gives the best results. However, without the DISCIPLINE and CONSISTENCY we can’t achieve our goals. Let me teach you, not only how to exercise but also how to change your habits, plan your meals, how to manage and plan your workouts, nutrition, mindset and how to stay on top of your game! Sometimes not knowing where to start can stop us from reaching these goals. Planning is the key for great achievements, and I will be there to support you every step of the way.
