Since I was a child, I had been involved in a fitness environment. Physical activities makes me enjoy the present moment and focus on my wellbeing and forget about the stresses of everyday life. Fitness has made me appreciate and embrace my body, it encourages a positve mindset and builds my confidence. My goal as a personal trainer is to motivate those who want to pursue their fitness goal, to be outside their comfort zone and to have confidence in themselves.
