Hi, I’m Emma. I spent my childhood and most of my adult life in and out of the hospital and being extremely unhappy and depressed over my weight and ill health. It wasn’t until I found the joy in lifting weights through hiring a Personal Trainer myself that I started to feel better about myself. I know now that with the right guidance and support I can achieve my goals and so can you!
I am passionate about helping women to achieve their goals and teaching them how to lift weights safely and with confidence while dispelling the myths around women lifting weights and the whole diet culture.
