Hi my name is Ellie; I am a personal trainer and yoga Instructor here at Pure Gym Paisley. I’ve had a passion for fitness from a young age and wish to share the amazing benefits that it brings whilst helping you guys to smash your goals!
I take a holistic approach to training and believe that the integrity of the whole web depends upon each of its individual strands. My services can support you to develop one or many components of fitness along with mindfulness techniques.
I offer 1-2-1 face to face personal training sessions, 1-2-1 and small group yoga sessions.
You will receive a bespoke training plan to suit your individual needs, hour long training sessions with myself in the gym, ongoing support in and out with the gym, regular goal/progress tracking and nutritional support.
