My training started 3 years ago when I was overweight and lost all confidence in myself. When I started off the gym seemed intimidating, and I had no guidance on what to do and where to start. I started off following a prewritten workout, but it was not tailored to me and what I wanted to achieve. I’m wanting to help people who are where I was and build the confidence whether it's in or out of the gym.
I have lost the excess fat that I wanted to and now the only way is up, so my current training consists of heavy weightlifting to build size.
