Hi, I’m Dreia
A bit about me – growing up around fitness, being active has always been a big part of my life. Motivations change constantly – including my own. So what’s my motivation right now? My mental wellbeing. Having a consistent fitness regime gives me a constant focus which really helps my mental health, even during particularly low periods.
Having been active for so long, I am experienced in various training methods and achieving different goals, whether it be reaching a target weight or lifting a certain amount.
The big question is – what do you want to get out the gym? Are you aiming to lose weight? Change your body composition? Maybe you’re aspiring to become more confident in yourself?
