When I started going to the gym, I weighed 140 kilograms, and my confidence levels were low. Surprisingly, within just a week, all my fears disappeared, and I fell in love with Fitness. It gave me an instant confidence boost, and soon enough, I found myself enjoying life in a way I never did before.

I truly believe that staying fit is super important, not just for our bodies but for our minds too. I've been training since 2016, so I've got eight years of experience. I've dabbled in everything from gaining muscle to losing weight, and I've learned a lot about nutrition and Powerlifting along the way.

Fitness is more than just a hobby for me; it's a passion. And I'm really excited to share what I've learned with you. Let's make this journey to a healthier and happier life together.
