I am a competitive powerlifter and strength coach. I train people to lift weights, with an emphasis on enjoyment, safe technique and lifting pain free.
My training methodology is based on the idea that pain and injury can be treated by developing strength and carefully building tolerance to movement patterns and ranges of motion.
