When I first stepped into the gym, I hated it. I was chasing the dream of bigger muscles and a chiseled six pack. I wanted the mirror's approval.
My love for fitness actually came from an injured hip. For as long as I can remember, I had been dealing with pain and I was determined to figure it out.
Through many hours of research and experimentation, I have come to understand that pain can often be cured with movement and everybody has the potential to lead a strong, happy, pain free life.
I can safely say that I am no longer in pain and I no longer desire that mirror's approval.
