I started my fitness journey in 2009 at 14 while at school, from school I got into sports and developed a large sporting background doing everything from martial arts to rock climbing.

 

I have a long history in the fitness/leisure industry spanning across 8 years with 4 years being expanding my knowledge at university Studying strength Conditioning and Rehabilitation. In the last two years I have pushed more to the injury rehabilitation side of sports and fitness.

 

I am now looking to go back to training athletes and everyday people to help them to overachieve their set goals and enhance their athletic performance.
