Fitness has always been a great passion of mine. Growing up I was a keen swimmer and rugby player. I then transitioned into Cheerleading where I competed at a national level representing my country across the world!
My passion for team sports and fitness led to me becoming a PT, my aim being to help educate along the way to ensure you get healthy, sustainable results.
I love putting my knowledge into practice, I want to share my enthusiasm towards a healthy lifestyle and the positive effects of exercise on your physical and mental well-being.
