Dean Petticrew

Hi, I'm Dean.

I've had a lot of experience in different types of training and the specific effects they have on your body, such as reducing your body fat percentage or building muscle, strength and speed. I also have a fair bit of experience in diet and nutrition which I've learned through trial and error to see what works and what doesn't. I decided to become a Personal Trainer so I can pass on my experiences and knowledge to others.

My Personal Training sessions are designed to get as much work done as possible in the time my clients and I have together. This ensures that all my clients will get the maximum results they can through training with me. Along with a great workout all of my clients will receive solid nutrition advice so that they can maximise their results and ensure quick progression through their fitness goals both inside the gym and at home.
