Dean Percival

I've trained in gyms for the past eight years after deciding to make a change to my own health and fitness.

I was heavily overweight and extremely unfit when I first stepped into a gym. I employed a Personal Trainer to help me achieve my goals and I have never looked back since.

I feel the fact I've been the 'client' gives me an advantage as I know how difficult it can be to make that initial change.

With the knowledge I've gained over the years and the training methods I use I believe I can help anybody, no matter what level of fitness, progress rapidly to achieve their own goals!
