I've been involved with fitness through all stages the stages in my life, from various sports to now becoming a personal trainer. I came into this role because my two passions are fitness and helping people. This allows me to follow up on that and combine the two so it's a perfect fit.
Coming into the gym can be quite a daunting for anyone, especially if you're new. My aim is to help my clients achieve their goals and be happy inside and out. Being your PT, I'll be with you through your fitness journey, to motivate you, push you to work harder and help you gain confidence in yourself. Each session is tailored to reach individual specific goals, because everybody is different!
There are no negatives to exercise! You won't regret coming to the gym and bettering yourself!
