My name is Dazzy, and I am a big advocate for positive mental health, and I believe that when it comes to achieving your physical goals you also need to complete your mental goals. I believe that the two-go hand in hand.
I have been physically active my whole life and coming from a footballing background I understand how hard it can be to have a goal and work towards it without support.
I have helped people loose weight, gain muscle, better their eating habits and make improvements to their daily habits.
I train people hard, and I make sure that they’re goals are achieved. I won't let you down and I won’t let you let yourself down.
