I have a passion for fitness and leading a healthy lifestyle. I enjoy all Forms of training but particularly enjoy endurance and high intensity training. I have completed many ultra marathons ranging from 50km all the way up to 100 miles in distance, and my knowledge of training for endurance has helped me to achieve this. I look forward to training people and helping them smash their goals!!
