The reason I am so passionate about being a personal trainer is because I know how hard it can be to lose weight. I myself have tried the fad diets and yes, they may work at first, but they are not a sustainable or healthy way to lose weight.

I went from 15.7st (99kg) to 9.11st (58kg), I over came my fear of the gym and the weights section and now I would never look back. I love lifting weights, becoming stronger mentally, physically and I want to help you feel the same.
