I consider fitness and wellbeing as a hobby. I can best describe myself as someone who has a passion for helping people get the best out of themselves - regardless of their situation, prior to becoming a Personal Trainer every role I’ve worked in involved me directly helping others, be it in an educational setting or a customer service setting. One day I had a thought: “I enjoy helping others as much as I can and I enjoy the gym and everything that surrounds it…” so I decided - why not try and mix my two hobbies together?
I’m here to show you how fitness and nutrition shouldn’t be considered a chore and fits in to your routine just as much as anything else!
I base my entire ethos around what I believe are the “4 pillars of wellbeing”
