Throughout my years of training, I have gained a
wide range of knowledge when it comes to
general fitness, muscle growth and weight gain. I
have also educated myself on nutrition, so I
have a good understanding on how to fuel my
body and what foods help me to get to where I
want to be. I have also found, that exercise
helps in more ways than one. A big factor is
mentally. Pushing yourself past your limits in the
gym can help you massively.
