Hi, I am Damon.
Until 2017, I struggled with my weight, reaching 19 stone.
Recognizing the toll, it took on my body confidence, mental health and overall wellness, I knew I had to make a change. That’s when I took the leap and joined my local gym, immersing myself in the world of fitness.
Despite not being a novice, having achieved a B grade in GCSE, health and fitness has always been a passion of mine. I firmly believe in human resilience and our innate ability to achieve our goals. My journey has taught me the profound impact fitness has on confidence and mental wellbeing, which extends to day-to-day activities.
As a personal trainer, I aspire to empower both men and women to feel confident in their bodies. I wholeheartedly believe this positively impacts their mental wellbeing and everyday lives. There’s noting more fulfilling than witnessing people thrive and find happiness in their journey towards optimal health.
