Hi everyone, my name is Cristian Pop your Personal Trainer.My passion is to help people who want to change their lifestyle into a healthy one in a simple and as realistic way as possible. A few years ago, I was an overweight person with health issues, I decided to go to the gym where I hired a PT I followed his exercise program and a nutritional plan managing to reduce weight, and felt excellent. Getting fit and healthy doesn’t have to be difficult for anybody. Because the results were as expected I started to love exercising and feed the body with healthy food. Why did I decide to become a personal trainer? to help others to encourage and motivate them for self-confidence. Because each one has a genetically different body, I can plan an exercise program specific to your somatotype, and a flexible nutritional plan to enjoy your food, the aim is to help you reach your goal. I will make sure that the physical exercises are prescribed using anatomical planes. That means that the exercises will be different almost every time. Training the full-body approach from all the positions and a large range of motion that can lead to the expected results. Also, I will monitor and measure every progress. Every real result you will be able to celebrate with your friends or family, you will feel more confident in what you do regaining your respect for rest of your life.
