Corrine Williams

Hey, what's going on? My name is Corrine and I am
here to help support you with your fitness goals. I am
an experienced personal trainer and I want to share
what I know with you. Whether you want to reduce
body fat, tone and build muscle then, I am the trainer
for you.
I started my journey in 2021, making the choice to
change my body and lifestyle. I decided to get a
personal trainer to support me with making these
changes and I never looked back. I dedicated myself
to routine morning workout sessions, adapting my
relationship with food and understanding that this
process was a lifestyle change, not a quick fix.
I then decided I want to help people make these
changes for themselves and went to study to become
a my very own personal trainer. With my new
qualification and my personal experience I know I can
make a difference to you, and I am committed in doing
so.
I am passionate, encouraging and I am dedicated to
helping people achieve their goals, no matter what
level you are at.
