I'm a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer with a genuine passion and love for Weightlifting - specifically Strength training.
Have you been training for some time now, but with no real focus or goal in mind? I may be able to help you. I started in the same position, however now I want to use all the knowledge and experience that I gained in my five years of training to help you avoid the mistakes I made!!
