I have always had a passion for Fitness.
My dedication for fitness began when was younger when I started Karate, which I ended up teaching for over 10 years! I then decided to become a Personal Trainer to help others achieve what some may think of as impossible.
I have always struggled with my physical appearance, but over the years, fitness has helped boost my confidence which has allowed me to achieve more of my goals, and push myself even further. Being able to do this for myself has made me want to help others in the same position as me - helping them achieve their goals, and boost their overall confidence!
