Hey i'm Conor,
over the past 4 years I have built up a passion for fitness which has led me to help people achieve their goals whether its building muscle losing fat or gaining body confidence in general.
When I was younger, I had a very unhealthy relationship with food as I didn’t want to eat throughout most of the day and would end up binging at night therefore, I would get sick quite frequently. Finding my passion for fitness came at the right time as l learned so much about my body, nutrition and heath leading me to feel better and also be in good shape .
My aim now is to guide you on your fitness journey , support you when times get tough and give you all the tools you need to reach your goals.
