Chris Parrett

I started training in martial arts since the age 7 and fell in love with all aspects of the training, eventually, I went on to teach different martial arts to people of all ages. I now use this knowledge to help people lose weight and tone up, using this more efficient form of cardio work.

For my own personal training, I enjoy hypertrophy training or bodybuilding, as I love seeing the results of my body change depending on how I want to train or adapt my training. I enjoy expanding my knowledge in this area as I can adapt my own training as well as my clients to keep the training new and interesting.
