Fitness has been the most important part of my
life. My progress in the gym is the source of all
my confidence. Growing up as a shy kid, I used
exercise to improve my self esteem. If it wasn't
for that shy kid I wouldn't be where I am now, in
the best shape of my life. I have been working
out in the gym as soon as they let me in and I
developed a love for lifting weights. Pushing
myself to squeeze out every last rep that I can,
seeing just how much I'm capable of.


It's this same passion which drives me to help
others become the best version of themselves. I
believe everyone can discover their true
potential and I believe the gym is the place to
start.
