Hi, my name is Cherie.
I have always had a interest in fitness, my personal journey started around 11 years ago after having my 2nd daughter. I lost confidence in myself and finding my passion in the gym through weight training and boxing helped me regain my confidence.
Finding a way to balance motherhood with two young daughters, work and fitness was a challenge that I knew I needed to overcome, not only for myself, but to show my daughters how important health and wellbeing is.
This has landed me where I am today and I now love helping other women achieve their goals! Showing them there is nothing we cannot achieve. Whether you're new to the gym, need a little guidance, programming or structure, I am here to help and support you on your journey.
