I started my fitness journey 6 years ago and it was the best decision I ever made. I used to be that ‘party girl’ who wouldn’t dream of stepping into a gym. But what happened? I felt self-conscious about my body and wanted to make a change. So I got a PT - and I fell in love with weight training. Now here I am. A fully qualified personal trainer who wants to inspire and educate others like my coach did for me back then.
