My name is Carol Kewley
At the age of 61years some people may say that I should be hanging up the lycra, throwing out the gym shoes and easing into retirement. NO WAY!
My passion for fitness has been a continuous journey over the years, always challenging myself, building new habits and always striving to be a better version of myself.
To me, age is just a number, but age has not deterred me in finally achieving my goal in becoming a fitness professional.
My passion is to support, guide and coach you, no matter what age you are, in achieving your fitness, nutritional and lifestyle goals.
