I've always had a keen passion for fitness from lifeguarding to bodybuilding. I enjoy the discipline and motivation behind training. This is why I've been able to achieve my fitness goals and now I want to help you with yours!
Over the past couple of years, I've changed my mindset and discipline towards training and this has allowed me to compete in a season of bodybuilding. I've focused a lot on form, technique and consistency with my lifestyle choices and will love you share my knowledge and experience with you!
