My personal ethos towards exercise and fitness is that it’s as important to your physically health as it is to your mental health.
I love a bit of everything and have a range of experience. Training in weightlifting, calisthenics, mobility/flexibility. With a background in MMA, Muay Thai, Boxing, Karate, Rugby Union and Rugby League.
What I can do for you: I can help you achieve and manage your fitness and health goal. Give you the tools and skills to train effectively. Give you specialist insight into training for Calisthenics. I can advice on and incorporate functionality, posture and mobility elements to rest of your workout. I can get your more flexible than you likely believe possible.
