Calum Watson
At the age of 13 I began to lift weights and bodybuild, inspired by the likes of Arnold Schwarzenegger, it all started in my back garden with a rusty set of dumbbells that were older than me. Every night rain or shine I was lifting; after a year or so I joined a local gym and to this day I have never missed a session.
My goal with clients is to teach and educate, alongside helping you to achieve your goals. My belief is that you must learn to love the journey to maintain consistency and drive. If I could go back to square one again for my own bodybuilding journey, I would, because I enjoyed the journey. ‘The man who loves to walk will walk further than the man who loves the destination’.
