Having completed my Science Degree in Sports Performance (BSc), I am currently studying my Masters degree in Exercise Physiology at Leeds Beckett University. I have previous experience working as a strength and conditioning coach with Bradford City Women’s team combined with experience working with multiple other semi-professional football clubs.
My previous academic experience gave me a passion for research allowing me to adapt training programmes to the most efficient and current research to get the best results for a client. Whether that is; fat loss, muscle gain, body confidence and even sports specific training catered to your individual sport.
My focus as a Personal Trainer is to highlight your aims/goals and develop a training programme that provides results to cater to your needs whilst also remaining enjoyable. Throughout the entire process I can provide support whilst keeping you motivated so not only are you improving your fitness levels and confidence, but also enjoying the process right from the start.
Although providing good results in all areas, I take a keen interest in muscle building and body composition development/aesthetics due to my advanced knowledge on the subject. I can provide unique and in-depth training methods to achieve results gained via research, previous feedback and previous experiences on a personal level.
