I first discovered my passion for exercise and wellness on my own fitness journey, classifying as obese, I notice my weight was staring to impact my day-to-day life and decided it was time to make a change to my lifestyle. From this I developed the determination and perseverance that I bring to being your coach, I can relate to the challenges of getting started in your fitness journey and the support I would have benefitted from when first starting out!
My academic career has equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of coaching science, exercise prescription for the general population and individuals with health conditions, performance testing, biomechanics, and sport and exercise psychology. This, alongside my experience working in the fitness industry allows for me to provide effective and tailored training programmes to support you in achieving your fitness goals.
I take great pride in making your fitness journey exciting and enjoyable, whether you are new to exercise, ready to take your training to the next level, or want to improve your performance for sport, we can work together to create a programme that is tailored to suit you and your goals.
