My aim as a personal trainer is to help install body confidence in every shape and size, no matter your goal! I have also been where you currently are standing, at my biggest I weighed 94kg and now I currently weigh 70kg! So, I understand the hard work and dedication it takes to lose weight and also the emotional support that is needed!
It can be very hard for someone to decide that they want to embark on a fitness journey but with my guidance and support I can help you achieve goals that you did not think were possible!
I offer bespoke programs to all of my clients with the option of nutritional meal plans and education. Each plan is tailored to the clients specific goals and my aim is to make each session informative but also fun. I want every client to feel they have learnt something with the time that we spend together and are making positive steps towards their goals!
