Who Am I :
I have been a personal trainer for almost 5 years. Health, fitness and mental wellbeing is my passion and a huge part of my life. I thrive on helping and educating others on the benefits of a balanced and active lifestyle.
What do I do:
My overall goal is to encourage my clients to train safely and effectively to maintain good general and mental health whilst building healthy habits in their lives to become the best version of themselves, inside and outside of the gym. This can range from being a complete beginner in the gym to just needing guidance or accountability.
