Throughout the years, I have competed in many sports tournaments in a wide range of disciplines- Throwing Sports, American Football, Distance Running, Calisthenics, Bodybuilding, Powerlifting and Strongman. This varied training and competition experience gives me a depth of knowledge to pull from to effectively coach all of my clients.

My own strength and fitness journey has taken many turns. I’ve had ups and downs. I’ve been lost and I’ve been exceptionally driven. You will learn that this is all part of the process- sometimes all that's needed is a coach to guide you through it.

I pride myself on providing bespoke programming that is carefully considered on a case by case basis. For this reason, I can cater to a wide range of needs.
