Hi, I’m Brandon
Hi, I’m Brandon! I have been into Health & Fitness for
around 13 years, but not in the way that you think! From a
young age, I always had a passion for the Theatrical
Industry. This led me to join my local drama society,
studying Musical Theatre at college before training at one
of the UK’s Top Drama Conservatoires to study
Professional Dance and Musical Theatre.
Now I know what most of you might think, ‘All a dancer
does is prance around a stage’. Allow me to debunk this
statement for you:
• Dance is considered one of the most physically
demanding abilities/sports, in 2021 dance was
ranked at number 1 as the most physically
demanding career.
• A dancer is also taught about Nutrition, Safe
Practice, Anatomy & Physiology, and Psychological
Aspects that affect Motivation.
Another aspect of dance that no one talks about, is how
you are continuously judged on how you look based on
the stereotypes. I began comparing myself to others
before realising that everyone is built differently and that
what might work for one person might not work for
another.

body or even develop your knowledge and understanding
of Health and Fitness, then I will ensure that you will
