My story is a little different compared to my clients… I started off skinny and wanted to build muscle & gain weight, whereas I excel at helping weight loss clients get a flatter stomach and toned arms. 

I’ve been training at this gym since 17th April 2018 and have built an amazing community that you can be included into, to all help each other stay motivated and grow together.

Included in your tailored program, you’ll get a workout plan designed for your specific goals, a fun cardio schedule that you actually enjoy, and an easy-to-follow diet guide that you can tweak and adjust to your liking. I won’t put you on diet plans you can’t stick to; we’re going to make this a lifestyle choice you’d love to continue…
