Welcome to my personal training profile. My name is Bo and I am one of the personal trainers based here at PureGym Stockport North.
I specialise in a 16 week personal training course that I have designed to help women achieve their desired body image and reevaluate their eating habits whilst educating them through every step of the way.
My 16 week personal training course teaches you how to:
- Realign your posture through the study of biomechanics.
- Improve your flexibility & mobility.
- Reduce your body fat % and increase your muscle mass.
- Create a sustainable diet plan whilst naturally balancing your hormones.
Another one of my areas of expertise is in the field of stretch therapy which helps individuals improve their flexibility, range of motion and mobility through a wide range techniques including myofascial releases and traditional passive stretches. If you are interested in a stretch private and want to learn more you can get in touch.
I have been based in Pure Gym since we opened in May 2022, since then I have worked with over 40 women in changing their lifestyle. We have a great community of like-minded ladies who often meet up for group classes, workshops and events hosted by myself.
